Came in the mail today, a gift from secret santa, i cheated & opened it before Christmas. to make up for opening it early I'll wait until the holidays to read it.

Read this book over the holidays & forgot to make a journal entry.
Loved this story of Lily Owens, who was 4 when her mother was killed. Her search to find some stories of her mother leads her to three eccentric beekeeping sisters and the black Madonna.A wonderful tale of divine female power and the strange and wondrous places we find love.
