I had hoped to like this one more than I did. The milieu (lobstering) was new to me, the plot worked, there were sufficient clues and red herrings....why didn't it make it for me? There were times when overly descriptive passages became telling rather than showing, but even more importantly, Jane Bunker just wasn't a protagonist I cared about. If another book in this nascent series came my way, I would read it, hoping for growth, but it's not one I shall go looking for.

But as JudySlump puts it, " that's just my opinion, what's yours?"
