enjoy this book: i got it in the free bin at smith family books in eugene. (ignore the tattered back cover; i'm sure that's why it was free.)
_gender outlaw_ is a great read. the writing is sometimes over the top, but who can blame bornstein? she's using her sense of humor and her struggles to take on the most pervasive form of social conditioning in our world. even if you've never thought about queerness or tranny culture before, this book will resonate with your experiences as a man or woman. read it, talk about it, and pass it on!
