A gentle paced and intriguing ghost story. I like the way this novel explores how a ghost 'develops' after death, and the way it begins to make itself known. However, although this story has lots of good ideas, I was a bit disappointed with it as a whole. I thoroughly enjoyed 'The Time Travellers Wife', and was a bit disappointed with how this story rolled out.
