What a great book. I just loved it! I love the style of writing and the simple humour! Now I am going to lend it to a group of friends from an International Ladies' Club.

I liked this book even more than the first time I read it. I think it's because I really like the main characters. I think Mma Ramotswe and Mma Makutsi are as likeable as each other, and I enjoy their simple conversations together, too!

It is a pity that this book didn't seem to have a good ending, like the story over the boy that had the lion smell about him, and Mr. J. L. B. Matekoni and his illness. You are left wondering about those two storylines. Anyway, this was a thoroughly good read.
