I wrote a book "The Owners Guide to the Body" which was published in 1999 by Thorsons HarperCollins. Good reviews, sold well (over 6,000 copies) and was then remaindered by the publishers in 2001. Since then I acquired the remaining copies and have been selling it via Amazon and through "selected" shops in London. The book is an extension of my work as a bodymind therapist now of 20 years standing, sitting and walking.

Ivan Koenig told me about Book Crossing at a Christmas party on 20th Dec 2003 and I loved the idea of tracking the copies that I had already left around in one or two promising locations. So here goes! I have had a long term interest in the work of Buckminster Fuller (my book pays much homage in his direction). My collection is extensive with numerous duplicates - but not sure if I could bring mself to release him into the wild. We'll start with me and see how it goes.
