Classic of children's fantasy. I've not read it for about 30 years, and I got this copy to read. But I need something to release on the journey home, so I'll just have to get another.

In the ferry terminal at Harwich. I just got in from Amsterdam, and I went upstairs to wait for my train. In one corner there was a table with leaflets from local charities and other organisations, so I left the book on that.
(I was coming home from the Convention in Amsterdam. I was supposed to fly home yesterday morning, but they tell us the air still isn't fit to fly in. Amazingly, I got a cabin on the ferry at very short notice. Earlier, available ferry places had been disappearing as fast as I could click on them!)
