Great book...read it a few times before.i found the book in the maroochydore Salvation Army store. Cost me $3 and I intend to read the book on my long flight over to New York next month....I will then leave the book hopefully on top of the Empire State Building for somebody else to enjoy :) xxx
Update....I left the book on the Empire State Building 86th viewing area on (I think)7/12/13.
