I have enjoyed Anita Shreves books in the past hope this one is as good.

I liked this book's style of telling a story of love lost and found and lost and found in reverse. It was mysterious yet entertaining without knowing all of the facts. Ms Shreve has a striking way of telling a story that never shows it's hand. This particular story revolves around 2 writers who meet after years at a convention. It tell of their losses and adultery and pain since they met years earlier in school.
