I came across this book in a Little Free Library in the 'hood. It looks like a good book!

The topic of this book, Amerasian children left behind from the Vietnam-American war, is a tragedy. I was really looking forward to reading this book. However, the story was predictable and for me, the writing was average. Perhaps it’s due to the author’s native language being Vietnamese. I do admire the author's dedication and advocacy for disadvantaged people in Vietnam.
