If you are into Neil Young, this is the book. Donfiction and I are real "Neiler" fans, and we've read a bunch of books about him, but this is the definitive bio. This is actually DF's book (purchased hard cover, 2002, the year it was published). Part of our Permanent Rock & Roll Collection, but available as a loaner.
