I tried and tried to like this book. I have been reading it for months and was determined to finish it. But then every time I picked it up to read it a feeling of dread washed over me. It is not that it is a bad book, it is just so incredibly boring. And dense. It should have been a more interesting story but it just dragged on and on,... I bought it at the Queen anne bookstore (the old one before they were bought out and opened as the new queen anne bookstore) and I always loved their recommendations. But not this one...
