A middle quality Tom Clancy Novel. Set in the Jack Ryan world, its a good telling of the story of Clark and Chavez being given the task of forming an international anti-terrorist group.
What made it less the perfect is that the basic story line is nearly identical to the previous Jack Ryan book.
