It's been years since I have read this influential book, and I've got an extra copy, so off to find new readers it goes. To be honest, I don't remember a whole lot of this book, but that's not to say it isn't a worthwhile read. It is hailed as "the most famous allegory in English literature" and it is definitely a classic example of literary art.

I had a day of running around with my dad and my boyfriend today. We stopped at Selkirk Christian Chapel on our way out of town (after visiting some relatives) just so I could leave this book! I left it (in a protective bag, of course) on the ledge in front of a beautiful stained glass window.
