Journal Entry 1 by Jessi626 from Otterberg, Rheinland-Pfalz Germany on Monday, March 10, 2008
Lexi wakes up in a hospital bed after a car accident, thinking it's 2004 and she's a twenty-five-year old with crooked teeth and a disastrous love life. But, to her disbelief, she learns it's actually 2007 - she's twenty-eight, her teeth are straight, she's the boss of her department - and she's married! To a good-looking millionaire! How on earth did she land the dream life??! She can't believe her luck - especially when she sees her stunning new home. She's sure she'll have a fantastic marriage once she gets to know her husband again. He's drawn up a 'manual of our marriage', which should help. But as she learns more about her new self, chinks start to appear in the perfect life. All her old colleagues hate her. A rival is after her job. Then a dishevelled, sexy guy turns up...and lands a new bombshell. What happened to her? Will she ever remember? And what will happen if she does?

Will travel as a ray after I've read it.

I really enjoyd the book, but so far it was the one Sophie Kinsella book that I liked least. It wasn't as funny as the other ones I think. But anyway, it was fun to read and not boring at all.
It must be awful to just lose your memory of 3 years, poor Lexi! But I think she managed pretty well.

Journal Entry 3 by Annadlx from Wiesbaden, Hessen Germany on Wednesday, April 23, 2008
I kind of cut in line when I saw this book yesterday at Jessi626's place. It's the first Sophie Kinsella that caught my eye and I asked to be added to the ring. As I was just in between books Jessi626 kindly let me jump the queue. I'll start reading today and it shouldn't take me too long before I can send it off to Annieselan.

More later.

Journal Entry 4 by Annadlx from Wiesbaden, Hessen Germany on Sunday, April 27, 2008
The story is nice but nothing more than average, I think. I enjoyed it, so thank you for letting me be part of the ring. I'll mail the book tomorrow!

I`m a big Becky-fan, but I must admit, I really liked Lexi and I enjoyed reading the book. You know from the start how the book will end, but that doesn´t spoil the fun reading it.
The funniest moment was when Lexi wanted to know from Eric what the "Mont Blanc" memory was. I fear I can never see whipped cream again without thinking of this. :-)

Thank you for letting me read this book, Jessi626. It was really fun! The book will travel on as soon as I got the next adress.

First of all: I really do like Happy Endings!!!
God, this was a typical-Kinsella-heartwarming story and since I know Becky Bloomwood quite well, I felt total familiar with Lexi.
A really quick, nice and funny reading, I enjoyed the book from beginning to the end.
Uuh-huh: the "Mont Blanc-memory" will basicly change my view on whipped cream, too ;-)

Lexi starts travelling to tiamat-muc tomorrow.

Vielen Dank, liebe Catbook!!! (c:

12. Juli: started reading
14. Juli: Halfway through - and I can say that you will love this book. Lexi is a similar character to Becky and I hope so much that everything will soon be better for her (and JON!!!)
16. Juli: finished - and I really loved this book. It was heartwarming and Lexi is a really perfect character

What a lovely surprise I didn't know this was on it's way....thanks Nikel27!

I have 2 bookrings to read before this & I'm away for a week & as I don't want to take someone elses book away with me it might be towards the end of the month before it's moving again....though I have a feeling it could easily bump it's way up the reading list :o)

Journal Entry 22 by wingPlum-crazywing from Brighouse, West Yorkshire United Kingdom on Tuesday, October 14, 2008
Oh my willpower is astounding...I lasted at least 24 hours before I just had to begin reading this & then I couldn't put it down :o)

Another great read from Sophie Kinsella using the usual tried & tested formula (except for the amnesia twist!)...but that's no bad thing 'cos it means you know you're going to enjoy it!

Great fun, loved it...what more can I say!

I finished reading this story last night...
What a fantastic story and cute chick-lit. Obviously, things are pretty predictable, but that doesn't make it boring at all. There are things that are not predictable and the story overall, even the bits that you can guess, is heart-warming and moving and funny....

Truly recommend reading it. Have already got FiBe's address and will post this book off today...

Journal Entry 32 by FallenAngels from Parede, Lisboa (distrito) Portugal on Thursday, February 5, 2009
A funny, easy to read book. The story is very well structured, and it makes me wonder how our life some times follows a path that was not in our project to be. Somehow, Lexi reminds me of Sally Phillips, performing Katie Nash in 'Rescue Me' BBc1 series. Thanks for sharing!!
The book is now on Caramelo95's bedside table to be read.
