Very funny and not very serious. Better than the Georgia Nicholson Confession books. Told in the form of letters and notes between Elizabeth Clarry and the people in her life (her mom, her dad, an assigned pen pal, her friend Celia who ran away to join the circus), the story is pretty basic but the characters are wonderfully kooky.
