Received yesterday. Will read ASAP.

Journal Entry 4 by collectorkerri from Springfield, Illinois USA on Thursday, February 28, 2008
I'm glad NMReader has found new copies of the books. I didn't like this one as much as some of the others. The books are starting to feel a little bit like fillers on the way to the big series conclusion. Shocking ending in this one, though!

Sent on to katintheboots with book 11.

Journal Entry 5 by katintheboots on Thursday, March 6, 2008
I'm glad to see the spiral moving again. I'll read this after book 11.

Journal Entry 6 by katintheboots on Thursday, March 20, 2008
Well, I certainly enjoyed this more than book 11. The orphans seem to have come full circle since the first book, though I won't say how because that would give it away. This was definitely one of the darkest books in the series, but I am really curious to see how it all ties together in the end.

I'll have to check and see if the flat rate envelope will hold this, book 11, and The Beatrice Letters. If not, I'll ship this and book 11 off to bigcurlyloz this coming weekend.

Journal Entry 7 by katintheboots on Sunday, March 23, 2008
I put this in the mail to bigcurlyloz yesterday afternoon with book 11.

It all just gets more confusing! Twins or triplets, dewey decimal hotels, signs and initials all over the place! I'm looking forward to reading the conclusion.

Arrived in a big parcel of Lemony Snicket's in the week. I'm currently reading the last batch, hindered by the gardening, so am well stranded with the Baudelaires! Thank you NMReader and AnglersRest.

Well - this was more interesting than the 11th book, indeed.
But - where did it bring us? I realy wonder what will happen in the next book.
It seems it could go on for ages like this... *pfff*

Journal Entry 16 by imuzak12 from Virginia Beach, Virginia USA on Monday, April 27, 2009
The last four books of this series arrived today@Key West, Florida, USA. Almost half of the package wrap was torn, and my address was torn at the middle. Yet, a kind postman put rubber bands around the package, and all books were safely delivered in my mailbox.
These books get thicker and thicker, and it makes me wonder how many secrets are inside. Yes, I know the end is near. I am going to read one by one cautiously.

6.20.09-
I am sorry to keep these books long. I am still reading them. As soon as I finish reading them, I will mail them to the next reader.

6.29.09-
I borrowed an audio book for this book from library, so I can read while I'm working. When I finish reading, I will add my journal. I am planning to mail last four books to the next reader by the end of this weekend.

Hummm... it was a quite interesting episode. There were many characters came back from past episodes. And the Baudelaires, I don't know what to think of them now. These poor kids were in difficult situations often and had to make very difficult choices, such as ... Oh well, I won't write it for people who are about read. Although the next book is "The End", I am not sure what kind of end is near. I don't feel it's going to be better for the Baudelaires...
