Well, this is the second Shreve novel I've read, and the second thet I did not like. I could not get any sympathy with the characters, and I thought that especially Charles semmed like a very unsympatheitc fellow, just thinking about himself.

So I think I'll give this author a miss from now on.

The book is going as a RABCK to smoeone that has it on their wishlist. I hope she enjoys the book more than I did.
