Eco-enthusiast Twilly Spree has anger-management issues. What really sets him off is litter-bugs and real estate developers (especially those "developing" natural coastlines like his father). Blessed with a large forturne, Twilly has the means to wage his own personal war and soon he is embroiled in the murky world of singing toads, bogus big-game hunters, large vet bills and corrupt local politicians.
