American Gods: A Novel

I really like this book. I read it over and over. This particular copy is well worn and will remain in my personal collection. If you want to read it, I can try to rustle up a copy for you.
I always wondered how people could just drop one god for another. What happens to the old god? Does he feel bad? Just disappear? I kind of like the way this book deals with that, but not in an obvious way.
I just love this book. It made me want to learn more about mythology. I'm working on it, slowly. Anyway.

I wasn''t able to find a copy of this book for my Favorite Books Bookbox, and since it is definitely one of my FAVORITES(i just love the subject matter) I''m giving up my personal copy so that someone else can read it. It should be going out sometime on Thursday along with the rest of the Favorite Books Bookbox. Enjoy.
