This is the second time I've ordered this book. I so want to read it, but decided to give this copy away as well -- perhaps for the book swap at the convention in Dunedin.

Guess I'll just order copy #3 when I return from my trip!

One of the activities at the 2006 BCNZ Dunedin Convention was a lucky dip. Each attendee was requested to wrap a book and leave on a table from which you could later take a book for yourself. In my haste to get away I'd forgotten all about that, as had a couple of the others who shared the 6-bed room in "Next Stop" Backpackers. In a spirit of make-do we snared travel maps from the brochure counter in Next Stop, wrapped our books and closed the packages with BX stickers!
When it was my turn to pick one up I was entranced with a book wrapped in colourful flower-designed paper and generously tied with gold ribbon. It looked so beautiful seemed a pity to disturb the wrappng so I didn't open it then but took it back to the somewhat spartan room and just looked at it.
Eventually I carefully slipped off the wrapping and found, to my delight, a book of exactly my favourite whodunnit genre.
Thanks so much kimkerry, and especially for taking the trouble to make your contribution look so good.

Given my enthusiastic entry about the way this book came into my hands I feel really badly that I can't make a superlative description after reading it. I have taken the trouble to look for other entries for this book - there are 294 different copies of the book registered. I looked through one that had 17 different people writing entries, figuring that that should give me a balanced view. That was not the case because it was a BookRing and, naturally, all the people on the list wanted to read it so were all ready to enjoy it. And they did. In Spades!

I wont get all analytical and wonder what is wrong with me - just not my sort of book. Sorry KimKerry, after all your beautiful wrapping too. I wonder if you've now had a copy for yourself and what you thought of it if you did.

RELEASE NOTES

Not exactly a wild release, but a release nevertheless.

A delightful SERVAS traveller from Wisconsin has been with us for three days so I asked her to take a look at this book to see if it appealed to her.

She was intrigued so the book is off travelling north through NZ and on Monday is likely to be heading to HongKong together with instructions about the thrills to be obtained from Wild Releasing. She was intrigued with the whole notion of BookCrossing so I hope it will surface again soon.

book given to me in auckland whilst staying with my aunty (a servas host currently hosting aforementioned delightful servas traveller!) I flew with it to the UK and will pass it on to a friend in london who's always in need of reading material. He'd told me about bookcrossing a while back but had never come across one yet- great idea!

I stayed with a friend in Wellington while travelling through New Zealand. She told me about Book crossing and the recent members meeting in Dunedin, NZ. She was given this book there and passed it on to me as my first Book Crossing Book. It was intriguing, not the best book I've ever read, but worth the time. Enjoyable escape I stayed with a friend in Auckland NZ before flying to Hong Kong and I passed it on to her neice who was flying to England and Germany so it will really be travelling.
