OK, I *think* this books category is sprituality although some poeple might class it as a memoir or humor.

Isabel Losada was/is a bit of a lost soul who do not really know what she wants to do with her life. She allowed life to happen to her without much in the way of control. This includes a romantically absent Spanish father, slightly batty mother, American birth certificate, erratic job in the TV business, marriage (and divorce) to 'Slipper Man' and a teenage daughter (who desperately wishes she had a more normal parent).

She embarks on a quest to find herself (and true love) after being badgered (for ages) by a friend to attend a weekend workshop. The road to enlightenment takes all kinds of interesting and often hilarious twists and turns. Including stone massages, tantric sex workshops, past life regression and re-birth experiences, to name a few.
