My dad recommends this, so I'll give it a try.
Kafka is a bit on the odd side for me. I don't see what the big deal with him is; I wonder which drugs were influencing him; and I wonder what he had against his parents.
I must be too much of an O. Henry fan, because for every Kafka short story I read I was predicting an ironic twist like O. Henry puts in.
At least I can now say, "I've read it."

A huge sack of books arrived today - too late for the convention, unfortunately, but they'll still be greatly appreciated by the Christchurch Bookcrossers, and a few might end up travelling over to Australia for the Brisbane convention in June.
