I've tried to recreate the error a couple of times and haven't been able to. Hopefully that means it's fixed. :) If not, I'll try to get the screen prints the next time it happens.

Yes, I have been using that. I'm not sure if I've been using it every time I have this problem, though. I'll have to start making notes on what exactly I've done when I run into this problem.
