Too deep of a question for me or I want to stay in denial by refusing to look. Either way… I just started reading Little Red House by Liv Andersson. First couple of pages are good. Here’s the summary on the flap: …

Just started a paranormal romance, “Pack of Lies” by Charlie Adhara. Also reading a psychological thriller, “Never Lie” by Freida McFadden on my kindle for the fall reading challenge that Amazon is hosting.

Thank goodness I’m starting to keep a reading diary or I wouldn’t be able to answer. The Marsh Queen by Virginia Hartman was good, but it had too many lulls to be gripping. The books (because there were four in the serie…

Yes, and I’ve listened to a couple. This was during lockdown, I believe, when I discovered it. Have to admit, I was surprised at how good the quality was too.

Great way to find your way to Bookcrossing! I bet the book was left on purpose. I use to know someone who would leave a book he read at the YMCA gym.

Not sure if it’s on the list, but Brother by Ania Ahlborn was too much for me. I started listening to it (audiobook) one evening, had a nightmare that night & returned it to the library the next day.

Without a doubt, my favorite book to read for September was The Path of Thorns by A.G. Slatter. My daughter is reading it now and she’s loving it too.

Sort of on an audiobook break to catch up on my physical books. That said, I have Brother by Ania Ahlborn on hold with my library and I’m next in line. That will be my October audiobook.

The Marsh Queen by Virginia Hartman… still early, but yes, I’ll probably recommend. Update: I would definitely recommend the above mentioned book. Next book is Small Town Big Magic by Hazel Beck.

Though I’m not currently reading, I’ve read the series twice…and probably will again. The setting is a small town, there were two, Lakeside Courtyard or Bennett. Anne Bishop created both in her series, The World of the …

I’m not going to lie. I had to look up the word geocacher. After reading about it, I vaguely remember some online friends talking about it years ago. It sounds fun. Anyway, welcome! I am new myself and have gotten so muc…

I’m slowly working my way through this forum, gathering ideas for places to release my books. Hang a book on a tree limb or fence is so creative! I can’t wait to try it. (I’ll place it in a waterproof bag first!)

For the most part, the novel was highly intense, but I felt the story lost some of this intensity by lagging on incidences that really didn’t matter about a third of the way in (or maybe it was halfway). I’m also a bit s…
