Muddy Waters is owned and operated by a husband and wife team who transformed their despair over the scarcity of local independent coffee bars into a new occupation. Everything about Muddy Waters invites patrons to come in and relax for a while, from the warm browns and natural wood decor to the comfortable mix of seating (couches, café tables, and two bars). Colorful local artwork adorns the walls while an eclectic mixture of music plays from the sound system. In the evening Muddy Waters also serves wine and scrumptious desserts from local bakeries, providing another spot for the after-dinner crowd to gather.
