I am a college instructor at a beautiful community college on the central coast of California. I have had the fortunate experience of living here since 1989, and can't imagine being any where else! I teach leadership and counseling skills, and work closely with students on "making a difference for others" - servant leadership, self esteem issues, as well as compassionate communication - the ability to listen, care for, and understand the feelings and needs of yourself and others. One of my passions is books and I have been an avid collector/reader for years. I love to share good books with others, and have animated discussions about the books and stories we engross ourselves in.
