Extended Profile
Hi everyone!
I'm 31 and live in Missouri. Naturally, I love to read. I'm also big on outdoor activities like camping, fishing, spelunking and hiking.
I volunteer with a local animal control and actually know a member here - who also volunteers there. My Lab and my cat both came from that facility. Boo, the Lab was 8 days old when he was turned in, and Simon the cat was approx 9 weeks old and blind when he was trapped and brought to the pound.
My favorite books, that I can read over and over are:
A Place to Call Home: Deborah Smith
Watchers: Dean Koontz
the dog who Spoke with gods: Diane Jessup
Nathan's Run: John Gilstrap
Impossible Dreams: Patricia Rice
I'm a huge Dean Koontz fan, as well as Patricia Cornwell and Sharyn McCrumb. True crime books are one of my long standing passions.
I've joined bookcrossing because I think it'll be neat to see where the books I read end up. My only regret is not doing so earlier, when I had boxes of books I gave away - all untagged.
