Extended Profile
When I was young I didn't read for my own pleasure very much...only when a book was assigned for a school assignment did I ever pick up a book (and unwillingly at that!). But now that I am older I have learned that a good book can be just as entertaining
as a good movie! You just have to find authors that you enjoy reading...I have found a few whose works propell me to read more and more of their novels. These include John le Carre, Ian Rankin and Robertson Davies. I'm sure there are more authors out there
that I will discover, so I make a point of not restricting my choices to these authors alone. I have recently read a couple of books concerning the Holy Grail, including 'Holy Blood, Holy Grail' and 'The Hiram Key'. I have been fortunate enough to have been
loaned a copy of 'The Holy Grail Across the Atlantic' - a book that is apparently in high demand but out of print at the moment! So as you see, I have a wide range of reading interests. One of my reading goals in the future is to read some classics, such as
Charles Dickens. I hope everyone finds what they're lookig for in the books they read! Happy Hunting!
