Extended Profile
I live in the south end of Felixstowe, about 50 yards from the sea, with my husband and three Cockatiels - so we're outnumbered! Our house has reversed accommodation, so has wonderful sea views and we love watching the ships, yachts and anything else that
takes to the water, go by.
My husband retired three years ago and I left work many years ago through ill-health. I suffer from Fibromyalgia, so we have to live a reasonably quiet life. That doesn't mean dull though! We've got a 1974 MGB Roadster in which we go out as often as possible, fine weather only. Some of you Felixstowe residents may have seen us about (it's cream with red leather seats)! We can't take it to Landguard because of the speedhumps removing the exhaust system!
I love reading and always have several things on the go - where did I ever find the time to go to work?! Now that we have a wonderful new Library in Felixstowe, I'm training myself to get books from there rather than spending a fortune on paperback novels. But have no fear - there are loads of books waiting on the shelves to be set free!
Being new to not only Bookcrossing but computers as well, I find some of this site pretty well incomprehensible! A lot of the terminology I don't understand. But I know enough to set my books free and that's what counts!
