I am a northerner that has found love in the south for it's culture, weather, and opportunities. I spent most of my childhood, as possible, reading. It was my way of not having to comfront my shyness. Now that I have overcome most of that I have accomplished many things including a writing career that I love. I owe those many years of reading and love of words to finding my calling as an adult. I have three wonderful older children who live with me and are always supportive of mom's ventures whether it means tagging along doing photography for me as I cover a story for our local magazine, FOCUS, or encouraging me when I started my new Creative Assistant's business last year. I could not have a better life. Keep on reading out there and dream big.
