Extended Profile
My first love in books is SciFi and Fantasy though these days I'm reading more widely than I used to (well - a bit). My horizons were firmly set after reading the Hobbit when I was 10 and EE 'Doc' Smith's Lensman series soon after.
I love to explore 2nd hand bookstores and often come home with many additions to my overflowing book-piles. I have only half of my books on my bookshelf as I have never got around to sifting through what's where.
My goal is to read a book a week each year and I've managed to do this (albeit only just in 2010) each year since 2004. There are so many great books waiting for me it's not hard!!
* = books that I am either currently reading or will be when I get time.
