I bought this book in a charity shop in town after seeing the film, and it's been sat on my shelf waiting to be read ever since. I buy a lot of books, and it wasn't until today that I properly set about reading this one. I didn't realize it was a book-crossing book!

I joined bookcrossing.com yesterday, excited about the prospect of finding books and passing them on. And then today, I found I already had a book-crossing book on my shelf. Quite the coincidence!

Then I looked up the BCID and found where the book had come from - Colchester, Essex. I moved to Colchester for university in 2011. What is more of a coincidence is that I purchased this book two months before I knew I was going to university there, and yet! Somehow I ended up moving to the same town this book had found me from.

Once I've read it I really, really love the idea of releasing it back into the wild - despite the attachment I feel to it, with those two coincidences.

I'm set to reading it, and will let it go again just as soon as I'm done. Thank you! x
