15 September 2003: Well, I enjoyed this! A VERY easy read. It's a neat little story about how a grandfather's affair with a younger woman affects three generations of a family. A well-written, touching, easy story told from many different points of view. I'd definitely read another of Joanna Trollope's books.

I got this book at an October BookCrossing meetup. I didn't get around to reading it, as I've been involved in National Novel Writing Month, plus I have a pile of books on my "to read" list. I've promised it to another bookcrosser and will pass it on at the next meetup this Sunday.
