A book from my Dad.
Back cover reads...

"One phone call in 1975 changes Moon Mathias's predictable life forever. His dead brother's baby daugther is waiting for him in Souheast Asia--a child Moon didn't know existed.
Moon considers finding her in the aftermath of a war a task far beyond his meager talents. He thinks he will prove it's hopeless and fly safely home. Instead, he discovers that the Moon Mathias he encounters in Asia is a better man that he thought he was."

you went over the top in sending out books for me to release...

I'll have to find good release spots for all of these books:)

So far I have been amazed by the thought that people have put into the books they sent, and the variety of books I have seen leaving envelopes.

My Grandmother was a huge Tony Hillerman fan, I'm not sure if I have ever read this one though...

My grandmother loved Tony Hillerman's novel's, and during one of the few times we went down to Albuquerque to visit her she gave me one of his mysteries to read.

I had not read Finding Moon before, and I loved that it was set during the Vietnam War. It was a really suspensful plot and I enjoyed it very much.

Thank you for sending it to me as part of the Second RABCK Sweeps Betsy-STL I'm hoping to find a fantastic wild relese spot for it :)

as the main character recieved the nickname "moon" from eating many moon pies as a child I plan on trying to leave this book near the snack of the same name.

I left this book in the snack isle, propped up with the Nabisco Marshmallow Twirls (the closest thing I could find to moon pies).
