Pretty good, but disappointing when compared to her wonderful book, The Savng Graces.

Novelover tacked this book in plain view on a post outside the newspaper office on 8/17/03 as part of the first SSM. I just couldn't stand it any longer....today 8/31/03 I rescued the book. I don't think the people at the newspaper read books... Anyway, I'm enjoying it myself & will release it back into the wild when I'm finished.

It was a bit of a letdown after Gaffney's "Saving Graces". But the book had an interesting mix of characters which is one of this author's strong points.
