I picked this up at the book buffet of the 2011 BookCrossing Convention near Washington, DC. Before taking it out of the room, I used the Ballycumber "I was there!" convention stamp on the inside cover. :)
We live very close to the Masonic temple at 16th and S Street and I heard someone say the temple was featured in this book, so I've been curious to read it. I enjoy Brown's stories, if not his writing style, so hopefully my interest in the setting of my own city will overcome his tendency to treat the reader like a child.
