A modern adaptation of the bard's famous work. This time with middle-aged competing florists in NYC.
I like shopping in used book stores for interesting and unusual books. This is a book I found that way.
If you like it, take it and write a journal entry at www.BookCrossing.com - its easy and anonymous. Then when you are done with it, find a nice place to release it.

Today I put this book in the mail to baaic in Iowa.

Received. It is next on my BookCrossing TBR list, so I will be starting it soon.
What a charmingly wonderful (and fast) little novel. Patience is a virtue, indeed.
I heard about its book from its premise, but I forgot about the flowershop thing. There are so many flowers throughout the book, and they even look good in black and white.
Julie is a wonderful protagonist, and Jeanne Ray tells her story lightly and briskly. I loved the fortune-teller in the amusement park. A weary performer, who would rather skip the shtick for the two nice people who are also weary of their own feuding roles.
Excellent.

I'm afraid that I don't have a lot of nice things to say about the Press-Citizen, but they do have a nice parking lot. Yep. Real nice. I left the book hanging from a tree branch near the one of the lots.
Yeah. No picture. It was, what, an hour late. And the book isn't newspaper themed. Maybe next month.
