Picked up at The Book Thing on a recent trip to Baltimore, Maryland. I am happy to now give it another life through BookCrossing.

What an utterly delightful little book. I had an imaginary friend as a child. His name was Rudi and he was my husband. I was 3. He only showed up when I was in the bathtub. My brothers used to tease me.

Now I have an imaginary friend. I'm 53. Her name is Ruthe (or bumma). She's my mom and she's still teaching me how to live a good life.

If Hazrabai hasn't read this, I'll send it to her.

The owner of Black Magic asked that the bookshelf be removed, as he needs the space for something else. The books from the shelf have been packed up and will be redistributed to another OBCZ in the Charleston area. This book was not on the shelf so is out there with a new reader, somewhere.
