I'm sending this book to Eric (scientifiction), a friend of mine, as a surprise. He was so excited about receiving Vampire Lestat that I thought he would also enjoy reading the 3rd book of The Vampire Chronicles.
I hope he likes it and that he hasn't read it yet. I didn't ask because I didn't want to give away my surprise.

This seems to be getting to be a habit... Read it before PinkElf, just like it happened with The Vampire Lestat. Might happen with Interview With the Vampire too if she doesn't get to it before I finish the book that I pounced on now.
Simply amazing. Also, sheds a new light on The Vampire Lestat and I'm going to give that one a 9 now instead of an 8.
