What would you do if you were an unwitting witness to a murder? Adam panics and runs away. With both the police and the killer now after him, he hides in London - a simple task if one is not to fussy about cleanliness or safety. Eventually he realises he must track down the motive for the murder and, in doing so, takes a fit revenge on those who ordered it and establishes a new type of life for himself.

I don't read many thrillers, and picked this up as it was The Times' special offer shortly after I had read Restless. Once again I found myself not wanting to put it down and ended up reading it in a single sitting ... during a work-week. Is there a better recommendation?

Taking this up to the City Arms where I know the Avid Readers group is meeting for a curry. One of them will definitely take it, because we all enjoyed Restless.
