The second book in 'The Hunger Games' trilogy, 'Catching Fire' is not a disappointment! A terrific continuation of the story begun in the first book, this follows the lives of Peeta and Katniss as they begin to see their lives and situation as being part of a larger whole. Katniss grows up a little and becomes a bit more wise in her attitude. Peeta's character doesn't change much but he's still struggling silently with his feelings - my guess is that in the third and final book of this series (due out August 24, 2010) it will become apparent that Peeta hasn't been as ignorant of the big picture as he seems to be.

I'll be lending this to Linda if she's interested, along with "The Hunger Games". Grace isn't ready yet so I'll give Linda a shot first since she's a quick reader!
