This is a sequel to the book "Not Without My Daughter", and tells what happens to Betty Mahmoody and her daughter after the first book. It also tells the stories of several other parents, who have had their children taken away to other countries.

It feels quite horrible to say that the book is very exciting, since all the stories are very touching and sad. But it is a book where you just have to keep turning the pages, wanting to know what happens to the parents and their children.
