Edited 23rd March 2012: realised that I didn't do release notes for this, which is bad as it was set free for a release challenge. Having enjoyed the book, I took it to the Urban Coffee Company in the Jewellery Quarter for the never Judge A Book By Its Cover Release Challenge 2012 (Week 1, 20 or 12 in the title).
