Given by a friend - not read any from this author before so will be added to my mountain of books to be read.
An easy enjoyable read, little farcical in the last chapter or two. but don't be put off by that.
Apart from that giving it an 8.
Because I love old houses/gardens and this author (for me)describes both so well I could have found my way around Winter's End as if I was a frequent visitor.
Ordered another couple from this author from Amazon
Been on the wishlist and no one wants - so where next?
