I really like J. A. Jance. She writes about a Seattle cop who isn't always right and doesn't always do things the right way. He gets his man in the end, but he has a lot of help. The main reason I like it so much is because it takes place in my hometown of Seattle, Washington. It's fun to read the street names and places and visulize them.
