My Boring-Ass Life: The Uncomfortably Candid Diary of Kevin Smith

Loved 'Clerks', and find Kevin Smith to be a pretty interesting character. Should be a good read.
Well, I can't say I wasn't warned, but I did find this to be a tad boring in parts. There's only so many times you can read the phrase, 'Fell asleep watching some Tivo'd Simpsons', before you lose the will to go on. That said, go on I did, and managed to make it all the way through this epic tale of the everyday life of a cult movie director. Overall, it was probably just about worth the effort. The section on his friend, Jason Mewes' struggle with drug addiction is definitely worth reading. This is really one for die hard Kevin Smith fans though. Those of us with no more than a passing interest in him can probably afford to give it a miss.
