I got this book before flying to the U.S. in September. But because I read something else at that time, I gave it to my father. Now he's not through it either, but after Obama was really elected to be the next U.S. president, I definitely will have to read his book before his inauguration in January. My Dad will get it back afterwards.

I finished reading the book and immediately passed it on to a friend. Obama writes about his views of politics, values and the world in a very thoughtful and profound manner. I found especially the passages about U.S. politics enlightening as I don't have so much background in that field. One can only hope that Obama will be able to tackle at least some of the problems described by him in this book. We will see.
