This story, translated from the Spanish, was the Number One best seller in Mexico in 1990. Almost everyone has seen and loved the film version.
This is an exquisitely told story, blending Mexican culture, family intrigue and secrets, a bit of majic, and lots of passion in one, huge cooking pot. Literally. Recipes are included. It sizzles and delights the senses. A very satisfying read.

Can't find this one on my shelves. Pretty sure I either released it and forgot to do an entry, or sent it off to a PBS member.
