Found this at Finncon in Tampere. I'm not familiar with Gardner, so I want to see what kind of novel this is.

I see I have forgot to make an entry... This was an interesting novel. I liked the world, which reminded me of fantasy genre: a quest, people having different 'magic' powers and travelling by horses etc. But all these features were explained with science fiction conventions like nanotechnology. The book was readable, I like post-apocalyptic stories. But I didn't love Gardner's writing style, it was occasionally boring.
